I have a birthday approaching. I’d say it is a round number, but it is more a mixture of one angular number and one round one.
To celebrate this fact we (my wife and I) are embarking on a small tour of certain places. It will take approximately one week.
In some of the places we will be seeing some people and doing some things. The organisation of the venture has been haphazard, so please don’t be too offended if it turns out that we passed your door and didn’t tell you, or met up with your nemesis and not you, etc.
The tour started yesterday in Essex. Today we are on a train to Eastbourne (which has just divided at Haywards Heath – don’t worry, we made sure we were in the front four carriages).
Further updates to quite possibly follow.
Note to commenters: please be vague if possible.

Every Summer at the Greenbelt Festival, the Organic Beer Tent team offer a chance to sing hymns and drink beer. The eponymous Beer & Hymns!
This Christmas, Beer & Hymns is going on tour, to Fulham of all places. Hosted by the ever cheerful Tim Fox, accompanied by Dave on the piano and invited by lovely Rev Joanna Jepson, we would love you to join us for your favourite carols and of course, beer.
NB. the drinking of beer is not obligatory, you may also partake of wine, cider, port, whiskey, lemonade, fruit juice, vodka, etc etc.
On Facebook: Beer and carols. The ‘Dave’ on the piano isn’t me by the way.
Sorry, by the way, to those live outside London for posting so many London things. Also sorry (while I’m about it) to those who live outside of Facebook for posting so many Facebook things.
On a related note: the video of the Surefish great and large hymn singing at the Greenbelt festival.
Update: Sorry – should have posted the details for people not on Facebook.
