Yes, it does, but I find uploading images directly via Wordpress never works very well, hence preferring to use Flickr or upload direct via ftp. Yes, I do think IFTTT needs to be involved somewhere. Just haven't quite worked out the details. Getting the image to the right dimensions seems to be the trickiest bit. David,

I've not used it so forgive me if it's no good for uploading images. With respect to getting the images up to flickr, if their own app is no good why not try IFTTT.com so you can send the image as an email attachment and have IFTTT automatically publish it to flickr (or possibly even wordpress?)
