Michael Palin advises on guidebooks

Picture: I had a choice of two guidebooks. This photograph shows the cover recommendations on the two volumes side by side. I will be writing to Michael Palin for further advice.

[Aside: I asked CW whether this was blog-worthy. "You're blogging every day - *everything* is blog-worthy." She is right.]

    I think it is pretty clear that the first is for those who actually go out walking..sets the pace.. whilst the second is for those who like to read something sitting by the pool :-)
