Cartoons from Youthwork Magazine

youthwork cartoon

Those who think I sit around all day looking out of the window would be partially correct. But I do occasionally put pen to paper, and one of the times this happens is when I do my drawings for Youthwork Magazine. Some of the cartoons I have done for the magazine are now on their website, the image above being an extract from one of those.

These are the direct links to the cartoons that have been put up:

Introduction to the project
The youth work trolley
The Christian festival
Church congregations

More will be posted before too long I am sure, and in a month or two these will start to appear here on CartoonChurch.com for subscribers to download.

As a mildly pleasing but ultimately uninteresting aside, clicking on each of the cartoons brings up another page with the same picture entitled (for example) ‘Walker Episode 3‘. I am secretly very pleased that my episodes are being documented in such a way.

You can follow Youthwork Magazine on the Twitter if you’d like to be kept informed each time I have an episode.

  1. Liz from the sewing room says:

The youthworker in your cartoon has curly hair. I dont know many youth workers, but most of the ones I do have curly hair. Is there a deep theological reason for this I wonder.

  2. chris clark says:

7 years of incessant toil on the youth work front line turned him in to a cartoonist?

  3. Maddy says:

Pithy, poignant and oh so very true.
