Computer cartoon

computer hammers

After yesterday’s highs come the lows of the big important project not going very well. To be honest the computer not functioning is not one of the reasons (though me not functioning is). In truth I’m just posting this cartoon because it was scanned and ready to go. It was originally to accompany an in-depth post on the pros and cons of Mac ownership, given that I bought mine a year ago. I shouldn’t be seen to be wasting time in such ways this week though, so I will desist.

Hope everyone is having a good week. See you here in the same place for more non-achievement tomorrow.

  1. Justin Lewis-Anthony says:

If it doesn’t work- hit it with a hammer.
If it still doesn’t work – get a bigger hammer.
If it breaks, it wasn’t any good anyway!

  2. Steve says:

aha a fine set of Bristol screwdrivers.

  3. Rural Vicar James says:

The skill is in knowing which hammer to use in each situation…

  4. David Keen says:

I see the computer is going with a shortened line-out, but it does have a height advantage over the hammers. The hammers formation suggests that they’ve noticed that the mouse is vulnerable.

Is there anything I/we/anyone can help with, Dave?

  6. chris clark says:

One of the disties I deal with is called Hammer. They are very good…not at all amateurish :-)

I can’t tell whether you are about to attack a Pc or a Mac though…very clever ..keep both sides of the mighty divide on side…

  7. Chris Carnall says:

Love it, Dave! Can I please borrow your biggest one?!?
