Cartoon: Going forward

going forward

A post outlining my hopes for this blog, going forward.

I have encountered some difficulties recently, so it has been quite quiet here. I’m sorry about that. I hope to do rather more posting here though as I do rather enjoy writing this blog. I also plan to put up a whole load of new downloadable cartoon material on the site for subscribers as there hasn’t been any for a while. I might also scan some diagrams from the ‘to scan’ pile.

Thanks for your patience anyway. Feel free to repost this cartoon elsewhere.

I have noticed, by the way, that since I upgraded this blog all sorts of navigational complications have arisen. On the bottom of some pages there are now things like this:

    « Previous Page — « Previous Entries Next Entries » — Next Page »

…where some of the ‘next’ links take you to some of the same places as the ‘previous’ links and vice versa, and, oh dear me, it is a shambles. I will sort it all out when time allows.

Looking forward to you going forward with your blog. I choose the door marked humiliation.

  3. Chris Clark says:

    Are Going Forward in Faith?

Going Forward in Hope or …fill in the rest.

In a similar vein my wife regrets that we are now all on journeys. We don’t just live but we are presumably going forward (although often I seem to retrace my steps) on some trip (not generally involving mind-altering substances) to somewhere. This is all true but does sound rather self-agrandising!

Great cartoon Dave…saw you in the distance at GB with Maddy_c sorry not to chat

Time for some blue sky thinking.

  5. Nefertiki says:

Dave, could it be that your problems are to a certain extent caused by sorting things out, while we just get them fixed?

Naw, we’re all in the same shambles.
