How about an auction at Greenbelt, if you can get it there? Then whoever buys it can drive the thing away, and you don’t have the problems about delivery.

The only problem I can forsee is that you then have to find another way of getting home…

If it fails really badly, you could do with it what I saw had been done with one (an original 70s type) in Australia. Cut it in half lengthways, a vertical cut, and mount the two halves as a matching pair of gates. Mind you, you need a lot of space for that, more likely to be found in the Australian outback than in Basildon.

Unfortunately decoration tends to devalue camper vans. But I will bear in mind your suggestions when i come to write my ebay advert.

If you did an original cartoon on the side, that would probably raise the value by several hundred quid. Or you could set fire to it and put it in a Banksy exhibition, but then that probably wouldn’t make you any money.

If it fails the MOT, you could sell it as a static caravan with special features (like a steering wheel).
