Great cartoon Dave. Didn’t some research come out recently saying that a large percentage of people don’t know the Christmas story? Of course we now know what we are doing wrong – we need to make the Flight to Egypt a platform game on PS2 or Wii.

  2. Jack the Lass says:

I read recently that Sir Cliff has said that he won’t do any more Christmas singles. I’d have been happier about that if he’d made the decision before releasing “Mistletoe and Wine”. Thanks to your cartoon I have that lovely song going round and round my head. Thanks a lot.

PS Hope this doesn’t post twice, my broadband is playing up.

Mistletoe and Wine? Kissing and drinking? Was this Cliff’s man of the people phase, in retrospect? All I remember from top of the pops was dodgy scarves, rosy cheeked kids and large amounts of swaying. Hmmm.
