Peace.  Believe it or don&#039;t, I think we&#039;re in violent agreement, for the most part.  I think you&#039;re misinterpreting my words.  My biggest concern -- and, I think, much of the Great Commission -- is discovering how to love people and meet their needs.  You and I just take different roads to get there.  I much prefer direct action to feed the hungry and otherwise alleviate suffering.  You march and hold signs.  I don&#039;t necessarily have a problem with that because we need to raise awareness of of suffering.  I just see &#039;global warming&#039; as a side issue.</description>

If it wasn&#039;t for your posts last week on this blog I probably wouldn&#039;t have gone to the march. But reading what you wrote made me realise that if Christians are spouting the sort of &#039;loving people has nothing to do with the gospel&#039; nonsense you are spouting (and it is nonsense) then the rest of us need to redouble our efforts to get involved in activism of this sort.

So thank you for stirring me out of my apathy.</description>
