On the other hand, Church of England is not 'in communion' with the Church of Rome. Are we right or wrong? Confusing, isn't it? Instead we have a network in which A is in communion with B, and B with C, but not A with C, with all sorts of "maybe"s and "sort of"s in between, and at levels from whole churches down to individuals who proclaim themselves not in communion with their bishops. If I had your drawing skills I would draw millions (well, tens representing millions) of one-person churches each under no one else's authority and frantically trying to decide if there is anyone else they can be in communion with. If only it were so simple!
