A vague post that may or may not be about anything in particular

reform manAs I am sure you will appreciate these are times of heightened security for ecclesiastical cartoonists. It is likely that my every move is being watched by a member of Reform hiding in the undergrowth clutching a copy of Two Ways to Live and reporting back at regular intervals to a coalition of interested parties gathered in a secret underground nerve centre / bunker sort of area. I imagine this includes people like the Church Society, Evangelicals Now, etc etc, but no-one can really be sure.

With this in mind I am being deliberately vague.

Today I may or may not have been packing to go on a holiday which I may or may not go on on a day that may or may not be tomorrow. I therefore may or may not be posting on this blog for a while. Comments may or may not be set to the ‘moderated’ setting.

I may or may not add updates using Twitter. Please note that my Twitter additions will not show up in the feed – if you want to you can subscribe to my Twittering via this feed. I wouldn’t really bother though.

Have a good next week or so everyone. See you soon.

brilliant, have a good holiday, if you decide it is the ‘may’ of ‘may or may not’ of course.

I may or may not be trying to sabotage any copy I ever see of ‘two ways to live’ as the worst tool of Christian evangelism ever invented. or it may not be.

Whatever you end up doing and wherever it is, have a great time. You light up my mornings when I read your blogs.
I’m not a christian but I have relatives who are very involved in christianity.
I hope now that no one comes and drags me away after I’ve said the above comment….:-)

I hope that peace breaks out between Reform and the ecclesiatical cartoonists. Personally I have friends in both camps. We do need to listen to one another and not just bicker.

Reform have genuine and deep seated views and many are very godly people. I don’t belong but would have done once…

Hope you have a good break Dave…we will just have to try and survive without you.

That first paragraph made me laugh a lot, especially that inspired first sentence, and I’m still wearing a silly grin and unnerving my co-workers. Nice work, Mr Walker :-)

If you were to decide to go on holiday, I would of course hope that it was a good one.
    Enjoy

You may or may not post while on holiday but you may or may not twitter. You are the only person I know on twitter but whether that validates it or not is still a matter for cogitation. I don’t know why I mess around with it other than to avoid posting serious stuff. Strange but I feel more alone on twitter than anywhere else. It’s a jungle out there.

ooh I just joined Twitter – like you am not sure it is a good thing to have more ways to flood the internet with my shambolic life, but anyway I ‘invited’ you to allow me to ‘follow’ you – sounds weird to me, but I guess that’s how it works?

    I’m on http://www.twitter.com/rad_evo

Right lads, I think he’s gone, you all know what to do:

‘Calvin’: upload the new penal substitution banner to the top of the blog with the tag ‘this is the gospel, this has always been the gospel’
‘Luther’: make sure every poster clicks ‘I Agree’ to the doctrinal basis
‘Cromwell’: delete any archive stuff which looks dodgy.
‘Brian’: come out from those bushes, he’s obviously spotted you, and if you’re not going to pray the prayer I need my copy of ‘two ways to live’ back please.

Good thing the college (summer term – sigh) doesn’t allow beverages in the computer labs or I might have spewed liquid beverage substance all over the keyboard when I read your comment!
