Perhaps the Labour party wants to go back to being the party of the poor… and the best way to do that is to encourage those with little money to blow it all AND more in these money temples.

strongly felt agreement… Ruth Gledhill says it all. How can a government that has people in it that really care about the socially excluded really be doing this to Manchester? I cant explain it other than money changed hands somewhere..
