The book is being reprinted

graphic that didnt really work that wellI was pleased to hear yesterday that the book is being reprinted owing to the high demand. This is good news for me, but I realise that there might be people hoping to buy them for Christmas presents who are having trouble getting hold of a copy. The news from Canterbury Press is that they are hoping to get the new copies into their warehouse on Thursday, so hopefully there will still be time for them to get out to people before Christmas. My advice would be to contact Canterbury Press if you want the latest information.

There probably are some shops out there which still have the coveted first editions, but I can’t tell you where they are. As for Waterstones, London Piccadilly, Nottingham and Southampton look good bets from the website at the time of writing, but I wouldn’t travel there without checking.

In other news: the book made the top 10 chart in the Church Times this week (Click on the image to the right – excuse the skewing and blurring (the blurring didn’t work) – I was playing). I think the Christmas Number one is usually connected to a TV reality show, released the week before Christmas and is often a new entry at number one, so I fear I may have peaked too early.

Wow, Dave, that’s excellent news. You must be very pleased indeed.

This is awful news. I was hoping to get my copy from “The Book People” for 99 pence in time for Easter. Trust you to be the only Christian author since C. S. Lewis not to be remaindered on the first print run!

Goodness me. I have three stashed for Christmas presents but maybe I should put them up for sale on EBay!

Some of the young people got theirs signed by the bishop at the confirmation so they might even be collectors’ items by now!!!

    Congratulations Dave! Well done :)

Very pleased, Dave. Sorry if I’ve bought too many, but they have all gone to good homes.
