The biggest blog in history

We want as many people as possible – tens of thousands of UK residents – to record a ‘blog’ diary of this one day to be by the British Library and others as a record of our national life.

History Matters are organising the biggest blog in history tomorrow, the 17th of October. The idea is that lots of UK residents write about their day and the collected electronic pages are stored somewhere in the British Library (on a computer I think) for future generations. You can upload your ‘blog’ here. It works in Welsh too.

    Tuesday 17th oct 06 started as any other, up at 7.25am, showered, dressed, woke my son thomas.Made tom ready for school. Took Tom to school took my mum shopping to morrinsons and a quick visit to the cemetery just to give my babys flowers some water as the weather has been very nice and sunny. Back home to do the houes work, made lunch hubby home starting work at 4pm. Took dog for a walk, watched Neighbours on tv. Went to get Tom from school made tea,and chilled out the rest of the evening. Read with Tom as hes only 6years and enjoying the fact that he now can read welsh and picking out english words like Dr Who as he if a great fan. Took Tom to the bath then read him a bedtime story.Now its my time to relax and i chooes to write this for future reading,I hope it interesting for someone in the future.
