Maybe the dog owners are the source of the problem…maybe if the owner calms down the dog does too…

There was a group set up by a certain London Borough. The aim was laudable, the title laughable.
Barking against Racism.
If only!
I sit here deafened by the noise emanating from a ridiculously small terrier who refuses to believe this truly inspirational poster.
I think he has ADHD.
But he only barks when I’m at home, I’m told…perhaps I should move out.
Tough on barking, tough on the causes of barking… as someone once nearly said.
