Places where you can buy the book

Shops where you can actually find a copy of ‘the Dave Walker Guide to the Church’ on the shelves:

I suspect that most other SPCK shops are stocking the book, but I have no reports to confirm this. St Andrew’s bookshops certainly have some stock at they sold the book at Greenbelt, but I don’t know which, if any, of their shops have copies.

If you are making a special journey I would advise telephoning the shop first, as this list may well become out of date if the shops are overwhelmed with eager purchasers.

As you can see, quite a short list at the moment. Please, if you know of anywhere else that is stocking the book let me know and I will add a link to the list.

Dave – appart from being very funny your book is a peacemaker and bridgebuilder, as are your cartoons in the Church Times…

A lot of people should be very grateful for the work you do.

    :-)

Dave – your book is available and on show at the SPCK shop in Cardiff (in the Anglican church in Windsor Place) and the manager takes copies round to events in other parts of Wales (eg the Monmouth Diocesan Conference this week). He tells me he has sold a couple of copies in each place he has been to.

At Shepherds Christian Bookshop in Lower Dock St, Newport they ordered a couple of spare copies after I ordered one, but of course they may have been snapped up by now! They would order more there if needed.
