Make your holiness known

embarrassing actions

You can see the full version of this cartoon here on the main CartoonChurch.com site.

This is a cartoon taken from my book, ‘The Dave Walker Guide to the Church’, now available from good bookshops if you hassle them a bit and quote ISBN 185311779X whilst waving six pounds in an ‘I’ve got money to spend’ sort of manner.

The high resolution version can be found by following the link above and is available for subscribers to use in church publications. Full details of how to do this are here as per usual.

This is the first of a good number of cartoons I plan to publish on the site during September to make up for my August absence. In fact I think I’ll post another one a bit later on today as we have workmen in to do some hammering and so I have to stay in and compute.

  1. Larry Day says:

I used to go to a church where people occasionally did this. I left as I don’t have the physique to easily do this and felt I had to.

  2. MadPriest says:

Realising that you sit around doing very little all day, I was wondering if you will be making a purchasable download available of the whole book with applicable copyright waivers. I suppose you would have to work with your publisher on that one to fix the right price – but, as I have already inferred, what else have you got to do all day?

Good to have you back, superstar.

Larry – I share your pain.

Jonathan. Thanks for the welcome back. As for a download – I’m afraid I don’t think I could afford to do it. Apart from the bandwidth needed to offer such a download I really need the income from being able to offer the images as single downloads, if that makes sense.
