I think there is a scale of who looks young the older you get…policeman, politicians, bishops, octogenerians ..I think the one you show is actually 43 but has had an unauthorised ordination in his diocese.

When are we finally going to see sense and impose episcopal curfews?

I think this is hilarious, though I was at a loss when asked to explain why. Partly the disjunction between the attitude we expect from bishops and the attitude we usually get from our teenage children. And the fact that lots of Anglican bishops (and ministers of other persuasion) act like stroppy teenagers.
