Any chance of a “Mothers Union” version?

    Aw g’wan!

  2. Simo says:

Fantastic – you made I larff!

  3. Dave says:

MadPriest. I’ll see what I can do next week. If you hear nothing on this by about Thursday then feel free to hassle me.

  4. Nefertiki says:

Just want to say I voted in the football poll and voluntarily relinquish my anonymity to say that I gave the one vote on only watching my country play. However I was forced to vote that way as you did not offer an alternative that would have better suited me, e.g.: I will make it a point to watch my country kick the ball around as well as any other matches that catch my fancy.

Wonderful cartoon - the kind that makes me smile now and then smile later when I recall it.

  5. Smudgie says:

WHat about, “I will reluctantly sit in the room while my children watch whichever match I have reluctantly and successfully videoed for them and deliberately make unhelpful comments and cheer on whichever team is playing against the team they’re supporting”?

dear dave, I like your cartoon of the midianites. They look like Vikings. I made a Viking helmet in my class at school. Love, Benedict (aged 8 ) (Ben for short)

  7. Dave says:

    Dear Ben,

I imagine that the Midianites did look like Vikings, but I am not sure. Perhaps your Mum will know.

    Dear Dave,
Am I famous because I’m on your blog? If I am, I’ll be pleased. If I’m not I won’t mind. YOur cartoons look great. Love Ben (aged 8 ) (the same benedict who wrote you the last comment)

  9. Dave says:

Thank you Ben. As for being famous - I’m not sure. I think that if people turn and look at you in the street then it means you are famous. They turn and look at me, but only because my hair is funny.
