Cleanliness / Godliness

I am expecting a barrage of two or three comments or e-mails from people explaining that they will not be continuing to read the Cartoon Blog as I have resorted to posting material that is largely without merit.

Tonight is the church Annual General Meeting. I would like to point out that I am not going along with the collection of cartoon ideas as one of my main motives. I will not be standing for any of the posts though because I can demonstrate incompetence in all of the areas of need. As I will not be thinking of cartoon ideas and will not be standing for election to a post of responsibility there will be little for me to do except sit there and listen attentively, perhaps nodding sensibly where appropriate.

Obviously if anyone else was to go to their church AGM or indeed to their church and should happen to come away with good cartoon ideas it would be wrong of me not to listen were they to post them in the comments.

    Oh, you’ve brought me out of my closet for this one. This, dear man, is funny. So many of your cartoons are funny. They make me laugh-put-loud, and not much makes me laugh-out-loud. So, thank you for the cartoon blog and for your whimsy.
