1960s Christian adverts

I’ve been reading some late 1960′s Christian literature. This is part of an advert placed by one rather interesting Protestant organisation:

protestant preachers

Those heathen Roman Catholics and Anglo Catholics. I’ve edited out some of the more boring points – it was a long advert. I think we have moved on slightly since 1968.

On a different note I quite enjoyed this:

There’s nothing worse than a manager you feel might topple over at any moment.

Reading this entry resulted in good old-fashioned belly laughs. Reading it in public is recommended, especially in a restaurant or crowded pub. Then when curious customers ask why you are hooting loudly, show them your laptop screen and watch the whole place erupt.
