Celtic knotwork

celtic knotwork

Hello everyone. Happy Easter.

I’ve been doing some wedding-related drawings over the last few days, of which this isn’t one.

As yesterday’s entry hinted I have joined the ranks of the Bank Holiday DIY walking wounded. I am not good at lifting. It was not a boulder though but some gravel. Next time I will avoid heavy manual labour as per usual.

    Hi dave Emily here!
Use a hot water bottle..keep moving, with in the limits of pain. Don`t take to your bed..

    Thank you Emily.

I have indeed been keeping active. Oddly enough lying on my back is the one thing that still seems to cause me pain. That and excessive laughing.

Yes, indeed, I hope you do follow the excellent advice you were given in the first comment. I am glad that you realize that heavy lifting is not for you. I would hate some unfortunate personal incident to inspire a really comical wedding cartoon, such as the groom on crutches awaiting his bride at the altar. (I thought at first to write “in a wheelchair wearing a full body cast” but found that image too distressing.)

Of course, no friend of yours would think such a cartoon at all comical. I hope you will soon be able to laugh without groaning.
