Why churches should offer wireless internet

..y’know, this is where the churches in england could really clean up. just do the coffee/plugs/free wifi thing and see people spend hours in church.

From small ritual: accept salvation, get wifi. I always like Steve Collins’ site and blog. You never know what you’re going to find in the way of interesting ideas. Like things about church as a ‘third place‘, and ‘Instead of chairs, let alone pulpits, why not lead services from sofas?

Thanks to all the people who have been linking to, writing about and posting cartoons from We Blog Cartoons. I’ll be adding a new cartoon later on.

Shouldn’t that be “We’ll be adding a new cartoon later on.” ;)

We use wifi to connect our sanctuary media system to the internet. The powers that be have never bothered to make the connection secure. So, on any given Sunday, you can see PDA users checking their e-mail and surfing the net during the sermon. Those of us with Blackberrys don’t have to worry about wifi connectivity. 8^
