Aaargh….
Dave, you know not what you have done! I have spent the last 2 hours singing “Link to me only wi-ith thine e-eyes” as I try to tidy the study.

I have often found that Dave’s cartoon titles encourage singing or humming, although it must be maddening to sing one over and over for hours. For example, here’s one I sing when no one is around:
The Bane of My Life: The bane of my life is my dog Hootie/He ruins my social life because he’s so snooty/Whenever I spot a chick with some glam/He always wants to take it on the lam/Oh, Hootie/Why must you be so snooty?[etc.] Then there’s My Pew: My pew/is the only one for me/My pew/while I’ve had quite a few/is the place I want to be/If any other worshipper would dare to interlope/I’m afraid I couldn’t quite cope/My pew …[etc.]
I think they’d be fine for singing in the shower, which I never do as I enjoy showering and don’t require a multi-sensory experience.
