Now I’m not sure whether to laugh or cry…

  2. Chas says:

    Sad, but how true …

  3. Johann says:

Oh dear! Can I borrow some of those notices for my kitchen too?

  4. Ben says:

First the collection plates and then this. Dave, you are clearly on a roll.

  5. Ed Bremson says:

Cool website. I particularly like your illustrations. I’ll be back.

  6. Simo says:

Dave I’m worried about you, I remember you door at collage and judging the week you had had by the quality (not that they were ever bad) and quantity of new cartoons on the door. This last week or two there have been more cartoons on the blog and they are really top notch, are you ok?

  7. Ares says:

    I like this blog!

  8. Chris says:

    Superb. Laughing out loud;)

  9. Richard says:

Dave: this is clearly a British church kitchen. An Episcopal church kitchen in the US would have a sign saying “Do Not Take Any of the Stale Bagels” instead of “Take a Biscuit – Pay for It.” The sign referring to bouncing footballs would instead say “basketballs.” And there would be a sign saying, “Please Do Not Sharpen Any of The Knives.” We can’t have any useful implements, you know. . .

  10. Sam says:

That is SO true it is painful to behold.

  11. St says:

Genius. I might even pay to print it and put it in our church kitchen alongside the ‘Insructions for making tea’ notice. Really.

  12. Darren says:

Awww that is too true.. and funnier for it. Great site and I love the cartoons.
