    That cartoon is so true on so many levels it is almost painful.

    Thank you for that insight – I guess you found the service yesterday morning as beneficial as I did. No, lets be honest the service three weeks ago was so bad I haven’t been back since.

    I may email the cartoon to my church leader…..

    Most thought-provoking. After a sleepless night pondering this situation I have, as I often do*, come up with a suggestion, if not a solution.

    It might help if church attendees would affix a smaller version of a darts or archery target to one’s clothing, with a sign reading “Please cratch here.”

    *Why, oh why has no one the courage to ever try out one of my suggestions?

    I thought we were all the church so shouldn’t we improve our own aim/ eyesight…..planks and specks and all that….
