This one was inspired by this report in the Times. See Is the Bible “true”? on Connexions and Blogs4God‘s Did Catholics boot Biblical Truth – or is the Times Online just trolling for cheap hits? for an explanation of why I don’t agree with it. I’ve done my bit drawing the picture, I can’t do writing as well.

Update: Welcome to all visitors who’ve popped in having been e-mailed this link or via a search engine. If you’ve enjoyed this cartoon you’ll hopefully enjoy the rest of my stuff too – the main blog page is a good place to start, or just click some of the sidebar links and see what happens. 7. Bishop David Beetge says:

    Dear Ruth,

You will not remember me but you interviewed me after the release of the Windsor Report at a book launch in London. I saw you recently on Sky TV (in South Africa) as part of a panel on the debate about Christmas lights. Thank you for what you said and for putting the point of view across so well.

    God be with you.

With my prayers and all good wishes for the new year.

  8. Mean Dean says:

Your grace, I for one am glad t hear a report from the field that Ms. Gledhill has backed-off from her shabby reports on Scripture and moved on to more important issues such as the theological basis of Christmas lights.
