The Drawing Club is run by Michael Nobbs, artist and tutor from Aberystwyth. Interesting drawing related links as well as practical advice and inspiration for drawing. You can even join the club to get extra benefits or even long-distance tuition.

I like this drawing blog, I thought about joining it (as let’s face it I need quite a bit of help – I don’t even have an O’level!) but still find it a teeny bit too scary. Maybe I’ll pluck up the courage one day.
As an aside, do you know anything about pastels? I treated myself to some oil pastels today but I’m not really sure what to do with them and I packed my idiots guide away ready for the move. Do I need to use the same fixative as I do for soft pastels, or will it dry by itself like oil paint?
