Advent calendar
When I was a child, we would often have an “Advent calendar.” I want to say that there was a relative who sent this to us every year, although I’m blanking out on exactly who it was. It was a beautiful Christmas scene with little pape…
Top right for me, please. I can see very, very clearly that it’s the Turkish Delight and thought I’d get in quick before anyone else gets here.
oops!
Must get into the ‘goodwill to all men and not being selfish around the chocolate box’ state of mind!
Thanks for this - I look forward to all the other windows…
Bottom left was coffee, I hate coffee!
Bottom Right turned out to be a button.
Trip to dentist imminent!
We have managed to find a non-chocolate advent calendar this year which is a real novelty!

[…] LOL. […]
One of the top two squigly-lined ones was filled (I think) with strawberry cream. There were NEVER enough of those.
Hmm . . the button has been replaced by — is it coconut or peppermint inside? Gosh, that would drive me nuts. I hate coconut and inevitably, I would bite into one, thinking that is was peppermint. Ack!
#4 - did anyone like the coffee?
I think Dave’s comment about some of the flavours just being there to make up the numbers is spot on. There were some everyone liked and some everyone hates… Why, Cadbury, why???

I hope I don’t get the Crunchy Frog one.
